Welcome back Terri!! =)
ReplyDeleteOh, I loved that Ann Harper outfit! Maybe I am becoming more of an outfit collector than a doll collector... does it make sense to you? =)
@Ana: After a while it makes more sense to just buy fashions because the space for dolls keeps decreasing.

Anne Harper and Patricia Holt are very fun, but their heads look way big in proportion to the bodies. if you are drawing the figure, eight heads high is normal, fashion illustration it's nine heads high. These girls are like 7 heads tall, maybe. Are all Tyler types the same ?

@Sydney: That issue seems to be quite controversial on the boards. Neither doll appeals to me and I wonder if it's the size of their heads. Hmmm.

I thought maybe my eye was really off. So I measured my Sydney (had to have a Sydney of course) and she is almost exactly 8 heads. So these girls are top heavy for sure.
