It was hard to decide if I wanted "Engaging." But I like the doll a lot. I'm not sure about the dress - although it might look better on another doll along with that hat. The shoes remind me of the 16" Virtually (ugly) Alex doll's shoes.
The redhead Dasha and the blonde Elise will be moving in here as well. Sigh. I love that blonde Elise. I love that sculpt.
The Dasha beauty in the red dress has a place reserved for her too. But I have to win the chance to buy her so you all should go buy something else - Veronique or Vampires...
I think for the price point all of the dolls should have come with purses and rings. I am especially disappointed that neither of the Dominiques (I ordered both) came with rings. Also the outfit I ordered, Metropolitan, has the same shoes as those given away at the Convention.
ReplyDeleteI am not happy about price point for anything (which made me hesitates), but decided to just order two outfits. Hopefully Dominique will be on sale after a few months. Not interested in the other FR2.

hi Terri. thanks for the photo's. i am new to wclub and integrity and find the 2 dolls i would like to buy (flawless and engaging) are sold out everywhere.- can't believe it. will there be another production run of these dolls, or is this is?-mona.

ReplyDeleteI'm afraid it's something that every new collector learns the hard way. When a highly desirable doll is announced and ordering opens, those "in the know" experienced collectors snap them up fast.
Post on the doll boards that you want one at retail or close to retail. Post every day because people change their minds after pre-ordering.

I liked quite a few of these dolls, tempted enough that I actually may just preorder the 2 dressed dolls I liked.
