Look who came to live here! She is an Orientdoll So Ye. Pretty cute. She poses better than Hana whom I still have to wire. I'm waiting for wigs and some outfits for her. In this first picture she is wearing a Kelly dress.

2-7-07 Hi-Fly Francisco
The featured image in this entry is Hi Fly Francisco whose eyes were repainted by Vin Trapani. I flocked him.
There are two Agnes dolls on the way. One is the second W Club doll. Hopefully that will arrive in less than 2 weeks.
Next week is the Jason Wu 2007 doll preview at FAO. I'm really looking forward to that. Unfortunately it's only a 2 hour event and there will be so many people there to meet in person whom I have already met on-line. It's going to be a wild 2 hours. Of course if there is a line outside, that might be fun, too.
Bob and I were thinking about taking the bus down.
We'll see.
2-4-07 True Royalty Vanessa
I haven't written for a while, not because I haven't been photographing but just the opposite. I've been busy with Hana and True Royalty. A different approach was necessary with my photography because I was just producing perfect pictures - not art. So I really put effort into her (TR's) photographs and used a 'different' eye that I have allowed to sleep for too long. It's awake now.
Jon asked me if I would like to contribute to the next issue of Seloj Spa and Madison Chua has agreed to an interview. I am psyched! I will use my images of TR. I've got to get up a list of questions for Madison. It's going to be fantastic.
Today I purchased Chic Escape. I have wanted her for the longest time. It kind of makes up for the disaster of a deal that fell through with the FDQ Vanessa. I have given up on that doll for now. I don't care if I ever get her. My way of thinking is changing, though. As I look as some of the newer dolls and the older ones I have switched to newer bodies, I start to really choose certain dolls above others. Some have to go. I have sold several of the older dolls, including 4 Kyoris! I thought I'd never let go of a Kyori. But I am not going for quantity now. If I have the doll, she'd better be something I love. And now there are several that don't fit that description.
It is good this way. They make room and provide cash for the new ones.
1-28-07 Hana Angel by Elf Doll
Isn't she delightful? It's very different to pose a BJD.. Their limbs snap about but they are wildly posable. She is so cute. I have only tried on two of her faces so far. I love the wigs she came with. Tonight I bought a pack of Bratz clothes. The dress fits but is a bit short. Sleeveless tops fit. I ordered a few things from the Elf Doll website. This little girl is already an tidy investment. Now I want to get her a little bed. I like looking at her. I was going to name her Tamara but I will stick with Hana. I snatched some of the toys from Ben's mini room. I wasn't thrilled about doing that but I needed them! I was thinking about giving the room to Ben but he won't appreciate it.
1-25-07 Miami Shine, Mauve Absolue, Rare Creature
This doll, Miami Shine Veronique, is more beautiful than I expected. She has the glamour of Flirtatious Veronique. I love her!
Four of the seven dolls I put up for sale yesterday are sold. They are all the Kyoris and the redhead close-up Veronique. I'm not surprised.
Notification of the impending arrival of True Royalty came via email. I am trying to sell the dress but I was asking a very high price. I don't think this doll will get the money of FDQ Vanessa. Personally, I'd rather have FDQ than this weird doll. Her hair is strange and she has that Pompadour doll eyemakeup. It's way too heavy and not pretty at all. Including her there will be three new dolls within the next month - Fashion Royalty dolls, that is. I'm really looking forward to seeing the W Club Agnes doll. There's no word about their arrival date, though.
