What was Mr Tonner thinking?
ReplyDeleteOK, call me crazy (you wouldn't be the 1st) but I thought this doll was a bit clever within the context of "The Sydney Confidential Ladies Day"...which inspires the wearing of hats almost as whimsical as those seen at "The Kentucky Derby".
ReplyDeleteAnd...Well...I do like the dress.
The hair? I don't know.
Anyway, I love your blog and always look forward to your updates.
W: I love outrageous hats. It was the dress with the horizontal black bows.
ReplyDeleteAh, I see. Well...it's all very entertaining, isn't it? Dolls, I mean. I did think of Effanbee's, "Starr of the Red Carpet" when I first saw this dress...not that you couldn't (or shouldn't) blow a whistle on that one, too.
