Definitely worthy of being a convention souvenir doll, Elise arrived last week and I set her up in my entry hall so I can gaze at her often. She is gorgeous perfection and my new Vanessa in that I like her above all other FR sculpts.
Very pretty shoes.
What do you think?
I love the shoes and the photo above it :-).
ReplyDeleteShe wears the dress, the dress doesn't wear her! This is by far the best thing IT has done in quite a while. I only wish they had created a 16" version...of the doll and the outfit. I don't get why they aren't putting out this quality of design in their larger girls. As always love the blog.

The dolls that are 12" have a bigger fan base and less competition.
DeleteGorgeous!!! Still trying to get her but too expensive right now on the secondary market.

I know! She was not inexpensive but I think I did well as most are priced higher than what I paid. Good luck.
DeleteI agree, she is a beautiful doll. I love the photo of the amazing shoe.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteWish they would offer Elise in the regular line again!
ReplyDeleteFran in NYC
Well she's very popular now so I can't imagine they will not offer her.
DeleteAbsolutely gorgeous doll! :-)
ReplyDeleteOf course, this one I would buy. Classic beauty and the shoes are wonderful
ReplyDeleteI think it's about time IT responded to collectors' complaints about what was coming out of their factories. Midnight Star takes me back to what initially drew me to Fashion Royalty in the mid 2000's. She's perfection! Have you gotten After Tonight Eugenia? She's equally gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI agree!
DeleteShe is just stunning, Terri! I covet an Elise. Wonderful photos. I also love the original Vanessa. ;)
