JAMIEshow IDEX 2011 Exclusive: Sasha HOMAGE

Congratulations to Angelic Dreamz on their nomination for a DOTY Award for Sasha.

Sasha is a tribute to Alexander McQueen. She has an interchangeable head cap - one with rooted hair and one for wigs. She wears a silver lame, Swarovski crystal encrusted dress with matching tights and armadillo McQueen trademark boots. Her face paint is powder blue with matching lips, nails and pedicure. LE30.
This is a 16 inch fine resin BJD with a full articulated strung body and the first BJD to come with rooted hair. One head cap is rooted so you can comb and style her hair. You can easily change headcaps in order to use wigs. Stand included.

 Price $395.

I think she's pretty amazing and the price for this type of doll is excellent. I want one. Sigh.

  1. What captures my attention is not only the brilliance of her outfit but the creativity that her hairstyle have also shown. Very nice.

  2. i really want to love this doll, but the palette is killing it for me. i loved the Sasha doll much more, but i have too much doll stuff. if this doll had been in another palette, i would not be able to resist. powder blue is just not for me.

  3. I think this doll is stunning! For resin BJD's these Jamie Show dolls are very reasonably priced. I understand they pose really well also. But I am cutting way back this year so there are NO large BJD's on my list. (That's my story for today and I'm sticking to it!!!)

  4. @Uriah and Laura: I agree with both of you. I can't see a doll with blue screening being useful to me. And...the Jamieshow dolls are excellent posers.

  5. I LOVE this doll and I have ordered her! I keep going to the door to see if my postman has arrived yet! I bought her because of her uniqueness (a la Alexander Mcqueen)...I have lots of dolls with red or pink lips etc, and she will be the one that will wear the avantguard and more outrageous clothing..I think she could easily have her lips changed, even temporarily. (I will be leaving her as is as I love everything about her) The shoes are killer and I will be using the fashion on my other dolls as well..her face, to me, is fab and more like a real person than many of the resin dolls. I have one other Jamieshow doll and her body is excellent (and less fragile than some of my other resin dolls that I am sometimes too scared to handle for fear of chipping their joints). The resin is also enviromatally friendly and has no off-gassing (sp?). She also comes with a different bald scalp so that you can use wigs on her. And no, I don't work for Angelic Dreamz or even know George....lol I just haven't been this excited about a doll in a long time! P.s. did you see some of the the new Jamieshow 'boys' from Idex, they are scrumptious!
