Bend the hollow post just slightly so that when you insert the saddle post into it, there is friction and it holds the desired height. But I do agree that the JS stands are the best.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-217917876331578492.post-12331981216586524122012-05-24T22:46:08.205-04:002012-05-24T22:46:08.205-04:00Thanks for posting this Ms. Gold. Their separated fingers can easily get caught on a thread or a seam and go bye-bye before you know it.Terri Goldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17252743227474930359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-217917876331578492.post-30099799239713599152012-05-24T21:53:55.747-04:002012-05-24T21:53:55.747-04:00Very informative post! With my JS, I have to remove the pretty hands, put in ball hands, dress them, and put the pretty hands back on, and hope I don't break one of their delicate fingers. The JS hands are much more beautiful, though.Beauettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11348735131459704137noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-217917876331578492.post-73315595791536097092012-05-24T20:47:22.972-04:002012-05-24T20:47:22.972-04:00Terri,

In Fashion Illustration, the Fashion models' heads are always in that proportion. I have a few JamieShow dolls, and Sybarites, but I'd never actually seen a Ficon doll in the buff. I have to admit that from your photos, I really like her alot. Really pretty from the side, good proportion, and I like that she can sit with her knees together. Love my JamieShow dolls, and the new Sybarite bodies pose wonderfully. All great dolls! From a design standpoint, it's interesting to see how each company approached the design of the bodies. The knee joints stand out the most to me. All three are very different. The joint at the waist/hips also catches my attention. It doesn't appear that Leonie is articulated at the waist. Is that true, or do I just need my bifocals? :P Thanks, Terri!ANGELS Doll Studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05037993223512066739noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-217917876331578492.post-11997900272672851112012-05-24T19:32:33.360-04:002012-05-24T19:32:33.360-04:00This was very helpful.
